Renewal information is now available for the Consortia Canada joint TAL renewal of Access Science. This renewal is led by e-HLbc. TAL members interested in joining or renewing are asked to subscribe through TAL.
The price has increased 3% over last year.
All products have up to date MARC records. These records are updated quarterly and available on the librarian/administrator portion of every site-except AccessScience as this site is built off "one" book: The Encyclopedia of Science and Technology.
AccessScience provides a ContentShare API for libraries that wish to incorporate AccessScience content directly into their local search results. The ContentShare API is a search-engine-friendly data set placed in a secured location. The specifications for crawling, incorporating results, and linking directly to AccessScience assets from results will be provided to active subscribers on request. If your institution wishes to incorporate AccessScience in its federated search engine, please use the Contact Us form ("Ask a subscription question" option).
All McGraw-Hill "Access" sites are OpenURL-enabled now, including AccessScience.
If you would like to subscribe or cancel an existing subscription, please respond with your decision to Christa Foley, email@example.com by Friday, May 24, 2013.
New subscribers will be sent a subscribers’ agreement shortly and an order form required by McGraw Hill. The subscriber’s agreement will permit TAL to renew automatically for future renewals.
Current subscribers will have their subscription renewed automatically, as per the subscribers’ agreement, if cancellation notice is not provided by Friday, May 24, 2013.
