This is a joint Consortia Canada/TAL License Agreement led by CAUL.
Pricing has been updated. The lead had continued negotiating to try to avoid differential pricing. Now pricing is based on FLE. There is a 3% increase over the FLE rate from last year. So that affects the pricing but also new FLE/population figures have been used.
